ministry passion: Mentoring individuals toward ministry.

biggest influence in your life over the past year [2005] and why: My son, because of his desire to know God more intimately and the fact that he desires to be in full-time ministry ( in seminary preparing to do just that) and of course my grandson, Ayden Christopher Moreland, because he is the most wonderful grand child any grandparents could have.

Have you ever fallen asleep during a worship service? Yes, when I was in Seminary, I use to sing in the choir at the church we were attending. I also worked till 7:00 am on Sunday mornings. When I fell asleep one time and dropped my pencil (I was taking notes) my wife made me quit the choir.

Would you rather have a VW bus or a pinto? I used to own a pinto, so, I think a VW bus would be cool

What’s your favorite HS memory? Running for 4 touchdowns in one game

What was your best subject in HS? (Are you available to tutor?) Debate and Speech (I was Captain of the Debate Team and President of the Speech Club) Mentoring yes, tutoring no!

What is something interesting about you that you don’t think anyone knows about? (Except family)
I have been to every major golf tournament in the world. I went to the British Open last summer and saw my hero Jack Nicklaus play his last professional golf tournament.
